Returns & Reporting Issues

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a sizing issue, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery via email. Please include clear photo proof of the issue for verification.

Requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective item
  • Incorrect size received

Change of mind or other personal preferences are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

We do allow product exchanges for eligible cases (damage, defect, or size issue).

  • Customer pays for shipping the item back to us
  • Bhleathes will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Discounted Items

Extremely discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange, but they may be returned only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
